Topshop, York City Centre
Visit date:
Overview
There are two possible entrances to the shop. The first being at the front where the surface is flat, and the automatic, sliding door is wide making access fairly easy. The second is at the rear of the shop, and the door has to be pushed open and then there are steps down onto the shop floor.
Transport & Parking
I did not notice any disabled parking outside the shop. However, there is a public car park which contains disabled car parking about 5-10 minutes walk away.
Access
Disabled access through the front door is good due to the wide sliding door. There is enough space to move freely throughout the shop as the aisles are not crowded and the shop is all on one floor as it is Miss Selfridge that is upstairs.
Toilets
I did not notice any toilets.
Staff
The staff are polite, friendly and are usually happy to help you with anything you need.
