Overview

I have been looking forward to visiting this bookstore for months and was not disappointed! As it is a tight space, access is sometimes difficult in places but where adaptions have been made, they have been made well.

Transport & Parking

I came by bus and this dropped me off across the road. Lothian buses 1, 4, 5, 14, 15, 22, 25, 34, 44, 49 pass this way.

Access

The ramped to the entrance is to the right of the door (next to the Italian restaurant). There is a lift inside which takes you to the upper level. Some corridors and rooms are too narrow for wheelchair users.

Toilets

The accessible toilet is great in my opinion. It is in the back of the shop near the lift and travel books. No key is required and the Red Cord was hanging to the floor which is great.

Hand sanitisers are next to the check out desk and you are encouraged to wear a mask.
