Overview

A well deserved five stars as this is one of many visits I have made. From wheeling in through to seating, ordering and having your meal the experience was good. More so when you understand that my visits have included two or more wheelchair users each time.

Transport & Parking

There is parking within the Omni Centre. There is also a hand bus stop not too far from the side entrance. You're also within easy reach of the York Place team stop some 500m away.

Access

The staff are great at choosing a table that suits your needs. You can wheel in with level access from the Omni. There's space to easily wheel to a table. The tables are at a reasonable height for wheelchair access and many of them can be moved if required.

Toilets

The restaurant has an accessible toilet. You go through a door shared with the other facilities into a lobby where the loo entrance is. This first door is heavy but staff have been quick to help when I have used it. The accessible loo is fine.

Staff

Full marks for the staff. Quick to move chairs and make room for wheelchair access at the table. Very helpful when taking the order and serving the meal.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

A great example of a restaurant getting accessibility right and this is rewarded by loyalty as I've been back several times as have my friends.
