Overview
Visited for dinner whilst social distancing was in place.
Transport & Parking
Accessible parking right outside.
Access
Level access throughout and a mix of seating available. Table service is available and everything is signposted clearly. Some parts of the seating areas is quite dimly lit. The space for waiting and queuing at the carvery is quite tight for myself in a wheelchair and they had to move rope dividers.
Toilets
Did not visit at this time but I do know there is an accessible toilet near the carvery deck. It is a RADAR key opening.
Staff
Helpful and happy to answer any questions.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
There are stickers outside to show social distancing measures are in place. The restaurant are taking limited bookings so the restaurant is never too busy. When you go inside you have to wait to be seated and there was a poster board explaining restaurant rules. This made the entrance inaccessible and had to be moved first. Some staff were wearing masks and gloves. When you go to the buffet section the staff handle all plates to stop cross contamination.
