Overview
Food is very reasonable, with plenty of options to suit everyone. Staff were friendly and quick to identify tables with best wheelchair access.
Transport & Parking
Adequate disabled parking and additional parking from the far side of the building. The entrance is not very obvious, as there is another door central on the building. Bus stop is close by on the main road, the only concern is if not coming in a vehicle there is not a pathway or adequate lighting on the driveway.
Access
Access loo is disappointing, it has dual purpose as baby changing also, which eats into the turning space. The big nappy bins take up lots of the floor space. This was not adequate for me to use with assistance. I will have to plan carefully and time it, so i won't need to use the loo. A bit off putting.
Toilets
Staff
Staff were friendly, and helpful.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
It was disappointing to find that the access loo wasn't so accessible. Having been told a few months before that it was being renovated, I had hoped that it would have improved the access. The new app was not working whilst i was there, but the idea of it is welcome. It will make it moe accessible and easier to leave when ready, and not spend time trying to get waiting staffs attention to request the bill.
