Transport & Parking

Great if coming by car as there are loads of disabled parking bays. It is a little more tricky if arriving by bus as there is a very large and lengthy ramp to negotiate down from the bus stop to the shopping centre.

Access

Overall access is very good as it is a level route from the parking spaces into the shop that the automated doors. Once inside the shop there is plenty of space to manoeuvre around and it's quite easy to see everything that is on display. Making a purchase at the checkouts was a little tricky as a wheelchair user as the counter is rather high but it was manageable and staff were helpful.

Toilets

There are no toilets available in the store. The nearest accessible toilet is in the nearby Sainsburys a few shops along.

Staff

Staff were very helpful and happy to take things down from higher hanging racks.
