They are great at including everyone!it was so much fun wasnt treated different at all and was great to be out doing things. Could not believe I was able to do martial arts from a chair. To see other families and not be called disabled like i cant do things but to be called differently able i felt like i could counquer the world. They have a great program for able bodies and a program for me too! Love it

Excellent parking and staff was right there to help and meet and greet

So easy to get in and once inside all one level loads of room

It is so big had plenty of room to manouver

Would recommend to all. Good mixture of fun exercise and the self defence was great
