Overview
This theatre is home to Frozen The Musical just now but, this is finishing September 2024.
Transport & Parking
I can’t comment on the parking and transport because I got the train to Waterloo train station and walked around London all afternoon.
Access
I didn’t take any photos of the theatre entrance or foyer area as it was quite busy however, it was all level access. The main theatre doors were open when we arrived and the staff were there to check our tickets. We then went through the gift shop which was a little small and busy but I managed to buy a program and see what else was on sale. I went into the foyer to see some of the show costumes and through to the bar to fill up my water bottle with some free water at the bar. A staff member then took us along a corridor to the stalls and to our seats. Our view of the stage was amazing, which you can see in the image below but at the end, everyone stood up for a round of applause and I couldn’t see anything. Apart from that though I could see everything else.
Toilets
I didn’t use the accessible toilet during this visit so I cannot comment on it.
Staff
All staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful when we visited. They allowed us to look around the gift shop and theatre but when were ready they helped us to get to our seats and asked if we needed help during the interval.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I’d definitely like to visit this theatre again. Hercules The Musical begins summer of 2025.
