Overview

The access into the pub was very good and was through a separate side entrance. It was easy to move around inside and there were few problems in ordering drinks. Although the pub claims to have a disabled toilet, in practice it did not exist. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. it is a pub which is easy to park outside and I would recommend it to other wheelchair users. However, they should make improvements to the disabled toilet to make it more accessible for users.

It was easy to park outside, but it is not on a bus route.

There are steps through the main door, but there is a separate access for wheelchair users.

Toilets

The toilet was not easily accessible and was not wheelchair friendly. A lot of work needs to be done to bring the disabled toilet up to the required standard.

Staff

The staff were friendly and helpful, but did make too many excuses about the disabled toilet.
