Overview
Most of the venue is accessible but some of the dining area is up a step so if you want to eat do book a table in advance. Menu not really suitable if you have complicated dietary requirements or are coeliac but the food is otherwise pretty good. Lots of background noise when busy which might not suit those with hearing impairment.
Transport & Parking
Has a disabled parking bay outside in the car park. I arrived by taxi so I'm not sure about local transport links.
Access
Level entrance through double doors. Most of the pub is on one level but part of the dining area is up a single step so I would recommend booking a table in advance if this is a problem for you.
Toilets
The "easy access" toilet is microscopically small. I could really only just fit my manual wheelchair in. Fortunately I am able to a standing transfer but someone who cannot do this would struggle, there is not enough space to put your chair at the side of the loo even if a bin wasn't there! There is no way you could fit a carer in the room with you as well unless they are very small! The toilet only has one grab rail on one side which made getting myself back up quite the challenge!
Staff
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
You will need help to get through the door to the toilets if you are a wheelchair user as the corridor door is quite heavy.
