Overview

A lovely and refreshing stop over. Fully wheelchair accessible with friendly and happy staff. Reception, bar and restaurant on ground floor with two rooms for disabled people

Transport & Parking

Parking was directly in front of the hotel off the main road

Access

Ramp leading to reception, restaurant and bar areas. Lift to first floor the rooms. There is a lower disk for use.

Toilets

The toilet space in the room was in the wet area with x3 grab rails. I never needed to use public toilets. The shower is a wheel in shower with x2 grab rails. The room was a good size, tiled with reduced slip surface.

Staff

The staff were helpful, friendly and happy in their work which made it easy to feel comfortable and relaxed

Anything else you wish to tell us?

The bed was low enough to allow easy transfer - as tall as the wheelchair. Heating manually controlled and 'air conditioning' fan in room.
