Overview
Visited this pub as the menu has non gluten food. Had the non gluten fish and chips and onion rings which was delicious. It says 'gluten free' however it doesn't say it is coeliac accredited and says possible cross contamination in the kitchen. The toilets are downstairs but the doors are wooden single doors which may be difficult to get through depending on your disability. There was no accessible toilet. The stalls are quite wide however just standard toilets. It's lovely inside and I had no trouble finding a seat. I would describe it as cosy. I had soft drinks and seemed to have the usual range of drinks. There is 3 steps to get up into the pub. There is a metal hand rail to use. I managed however it was difficult to get in and obviously unsuitable for anyone wheelchair users.
Transport & Parking
There was car parking 150 yards away. It's quite a busy street with a pedestrian only access down from the pub. We were able to stop on double yellows with the disabled badge.
