Overview
I met some old friends there for lunch for lunch and we were very impressed by the ambience and service thanks we will return disabled parking right outside , you have to visit to appreciate how magnificent the building and location next to the castle and old law courts.
Transport & Parking
Own car we live about 35 miles away, disabled parking right outside.
Access
There is an external ramp which the concierge helped with, he also held a brolly for me as it had started to rain as I was leaving.
Toilets
Clean accessible toilet no red cord but on a busy corridor so help could be summoned easily
Staff
The staff were lovely very friendly The concierge helped me navigate the ramp into the hotel
