Overview

Accomodation, grounds and pool wonderful. A very peaceful place. Children really enjoyed it. Only thing to let it down from 5* was the playbarn... We would definitely return next year if the playbarn work has been carried out. The owners were wonderful and very understanding and all visitors were lovely to talk to. Well worth a visit if you are like us and unable to stay anywhere mainstream.

Transport & Parking

Plenty of parking onsite. Straightforward and room for wheelchair access.

Access

We had an induction tour upon arrival which covered everything. No signposting but not really necessary. We didn't have a wheelchair user in our party but from when we could see there was wheelchair access everywhere.

Toilets

There were no outside toilets but owners have said some will be built when the playbarn has been redone. That would then warrant 5*. The facilities in the house were brilliant.

Staff

Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

We would recommend the Thomas Centre and have already done so to several families. The only improvement really in the playbarn as it is extremely worn and dirty. Owners have got this planned to do. We will return for sure when the playbarn has been done. I think that is a big priority.
