Overview
This is a good pub serving interesting food out in the countryside near to Kirkham Abbey (English Heritage). Its major weakness is that apart from a ramp into the pub foyer, there are absolutely no disability friendly facilities - no accessible toilet, the main part of the pub is accessed via stairs, no Blue Badge Parking Bay and the Baby Changing Facilities are in the Ladies Toilets only. The staff were very friendly but made no attempt to assist us to solve the issues. Their WebSite does not make mention of these issues. I am prepared to reluctantly accept that there may be structural / design issues making them difficult to solve but customers should be warned before they come.
Transport & Parking
Not on a bus route, a large sloping carpark with no Blue Badge space
Access
Only a ramp into the foyer - nothing else
Toilets
There are NO accessible loos
