Overview
The staff were very friendly and helpful very obliging. Their were gaming tables to bring your own games. They referred to us all as their special guests they spoke and treat everyone with the upmost respect. every dietary requirement was catered for and checked on arrival. the food was enjoyable and suited all tastes. their was plenty of choice. the breakfast would have been better with black pudding.
Transport & Parking
Access
able bodied person needed to go in ahead to find accessible door. cafe staff moved obstacles e g magazine stack small changes would improve access. signs and moving obstacles consistently. disabled access.
Toilets
The toilets had easy access and were clean. If you have a very large power chair you may not have room.
Staff
When it came to ordering we were told to hold our wands up and shout the spell out and someone would come to take our order, there was no one around when we did this so one of us had to go and find someone, otherwise they were amazing :)
