Overview

This was my first visit to the Palace and from the moment you are wafted through the front gates it is a brilliant experience.

Transport & Parking

I drove through the front gates and parked near to the main entrance. The guides then took me on a powered cart to get through security and enter the Palace. The only issues were that there was gravel in the car park which made it difficult to transfer onto my chair, and I needed assistance from my husband to get up the ramp into the cart.

Access

Excellent organisation. I was given a lanyard that marked out that I was using the access route, and then plenty of staff were on hand to tell me what to do.
