Overview
I went with family to have a lovely Sunday lunch in this country inn. It was built to serve travellers using the Forth & Clyde canal. It serves tasty hearty food & there is a bar too so drinks available.
Transport & Parking
At least 2 disabled parking spaces near to the front entrance. It is in the countryside so would need your own transport.
Access
There is a level pathway from the car park to the front door. The doors are old fashioned heavy doors so it would probably be easier to have someone with you however staff will help you if needed.
Toilets
There is an accessible toilet on the ground level that can accommodate a wheelchair or a power chair however did not have an emergency red cord. Hand rails there if needed.
Staff
Very welcoming & friendly getting me accessible seating with little fuss.
