Overview

Disabled patrons will no longer be able to use the drop-off and pick-up points outside the Armadillo and Hydro. All patrons including disabled have to use the SEC car park (30mins). I am assured that a new system will be in operation soon. Talk of a buggy with a ramp which you may have to wait for and may have to let Hydro know in advance that you require it. I have made a formal complaint to the Hydro and the next step is involving my MSP. Stewards will not longer recognise blue badge and will NOT allow you to proceed to the Armadillo and Hydro, Taxis will still be allowed in. For patrons with walking aids and sticks this IS UNACCEPTABLE
