Overview

Being in the Omni Centre it's fairly modern and easy to get in and around.

Transport & Parking

You can park in the underground car park and come up in the lift. There's also a bus stop about 50m up from the centre. Omni is close to the tram stop in York Place and is around 500m distant.

Access

Access in was on the level and through doors that were open. Once inside staff were quick to move tables to accommodate the wheelchair users in the group.

Toilets

The accessible toilet was nearby to where we were sitting. It's not the largest and could be a problem if you have a large wheelchair or need assistance from a carer. It has a RADAR style lock to the door although it was kept open. It was let down by the lack of a bar to help you close the door. Once inside you are dependent on someone else pushing the door closed.

Staff

Staff were really good and quietly moved tables and made space for us once they spotted us coming in. Our group had two powerchair users.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

A good spot to go for a meal. Look at for the bargains; particularly on Mondays!
