Overview

An excellent venue for accessibility. We visited with a power chair user & he was treated so well. Everything in the venue was so accessible & the staff were so helpful. Nothing was off limits. We were very impressed & would certainly recommend this as a great place to visit.

Transport & Parking

We travelled by public transport using a bus to Princes Street. We had no difficulties boarding the bus as the driver operated a ramp to allow us on the bus.

Access

The venue has level access so no problems at the entrance. There is a lift to enable access to all areas including easy access to the restaurant & the exhibition including a wheelchair friendly barrel!

Toilets

The disabled toilet was easy to find & when our disabled friend took the wrong turning a member of staff was on hand to direct him. It was clean & tidy, with room for a career.

Staff

The staff were fantastic from the moment we entered the venue until we left. We were given preferential treatment as we were allowed on the barrel ride first with our friend & carer. The staff were very helpful & polite. Thank you so much.

We would recommend the venue to anyone , able bodied or disabled visitors will really enjoy the experience.
