Overview
No possibility of entering this pub in a wheelchair, and staff don't give a damn about accessibility. Zero stars

Access
There is a high step at the entrance to the pub. I asked the doorman for a wheelchair ramp. He didn't grasp the question at all, and just gestured for me to go in. I pointed out the step. He gestured again for me to go in. I summoned a barman. "No, we have no ramp, it's because the pub dates back to 1583." Actually this pub was built in about 1895 and that's no excuse for not having a simple metal ramp. Disgraceful: zero stars.
Toilets
The only toilets are down a long, steep and narrow flight of stairs. Zero stars for accessible toilets, then.
Staff
The staff do not care about accessibility and have no interest in the concept of ramps, or of letting wheelchair users into the pub.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
There is a step-free entrance at one side of the pub, but it leads into a cramped, boxed-in, partitioned sort of vestibule area which is too tiny for even an ordinary-sized manual wheelchair to squeeze through. So zero stars for this as well.
