Variable access and poor food quality

Overview
Level access into and around the building let down by tables very close to each other and a very tight turn into the accessible toilet. The food quality was poor. A few accessible parking bays outside.
Transport & Parking
A few accessible parking bays, no hash area, sloping hard surface. A small amount of general parking across the road.
Access
A ramp to enter, double doors to enter (wide). We booked a table away from the door. Access to the table was not easy due to close tables. When seated I blocked in quite a few people. Level access. Salad bar at standing person height. Level access to the toilet.
Toilets
Spacious inside, larger than usual with babychange well out of the way. Full set of support bars in the right place. Slippy floor. The let down was that access via the corridor would have been impossible in a large power chair. No access front on to the door to open it. Diners can watch whilst you struggle to open the door. RADAR key needed.
Staff
Opened doors and offered to help with toilet door. Took my order ok (my speech is altered using my ventilator).
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Food was very poor, service could have been better.
