Bit of an effort to access but possible - nice pub, helpful staff

Overview
The young barman was exemplary, getting the temporary ramp, helping me up it and helping again when we left. Couldn't fault their helpfulness, however it's a bit like scaling the Eiger (it's very steep up that ramp!). The loo is outside so it's important to time your visit to coincide with arrival/departure. The floor of the loo is dangerously slippery in wet weather.
Transport & Parking
Not sure if the bus comes here. We drove and got there early as parking is a bit tight. There are no Blue badge spaces. Once spaces outside the pub are gone, it's on street parking.
Access
The front door has quite a few steps making the ramp quite steep. I noticed a side door which looks to have fewer steps so not sure why the ramp didn't go there. The loo is outside and there's a gulley outside it - a bit tricky to negotiate. Also you have to go though a gate to get to the loos - a bit hard if unaccompanied. There's a sign in the window saying there's a ramp but it's on the wrong side of the window - so you can only see it if you're at the door! It ought to be visible from a car when a potential visitor is making the decision to come in! It's a very small pub - not a lot of space inside and not a lot of tables so get here early if you need to sit. Nice garden, not totally level.
Toilets
Because it was wet, the tiled floor was treacherous on crutches. I went flying and was caught by my husband luckily. The flooring isn't non- slip so take extreme care. The location wasn't ideal - through a gate, outside, by a gulley - but I guess the owners have done their best with a very old building.
Staff
Barman was very helpful and attentive.
