Unsafe and cluttered

Overview
The red cord in the accessible toilet has been cut and tucked into the ceiling tiles and cleaning equipment left in the room. The toilets are right next to the cafe entrance which is good to be able to get to but means it is too loud to hear if someone needed help. It's been like this for over 2 years. Every aisle has pallets or other shelving and products scattered haphazardly. Meaning a wheelchair user has to slalom around things to get from one side of the shop to the other. I use a rather slim active chair and was unable to get down several ailes due to the way the stock has been left.
Transport & Parking
Blue badge parking at the entrance and good bus links to the centre of town and other areas from the nearby bus stop (called "the stack")
Access
Level access at the automatic doors but once inside it is very difficult to get around
Toilets
Staff
When the issues with the toilets were brought up their response was to lock the door to all the toilets and bluntly told someone who asked to use them that they'd need to go elsewhere even after the person stating they needed to use them urgently
