Overview

99% accessible, the only place some people couldn't go was the Mary Queen of Scots bed chamber, but there was a virtual tour instead. The Queen's Gallery was super easy, the Palace a little more complicated, but generally ok.

Transport & Parking

Buses go very close, lots of space to be dropped off and picked up by taxis or support.

Access

Queen's Gallery was grand, but palace a little trickier as you get whisked away to a lift somewhere. But very well looked after, people there to help every step of the way

Toilets

Only annoying point about toilets is that they are not based in the cafe or shop building, you have to go looking for them and go outside. It was suggested that better signposting and symbols would have been good

Staff

Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly
