Overview
The Press Kitchen's single manual door is quite narrow, but was still wide enough for my powered wheelchair to get through with room to spare. There is a slight lip in the door which might jolt wheelchair users a bit. Staff will greet you at the door & guide you to a table. There are a variety of options depending on party size, & all of the ones I saw were wheelchair accessible. There is room to manoeuvre between tables, & staff made room for the wheelchair at our table without even being asked. They spoke to me, not just who I was with, which is always refreshing. There was an accessible toilet towards the back of the restaurant, by the bar. I didn't need to use it, but from what I can see it looked spacious & clean. The surrounding pavements are unfortunately narrow, sloped, & often with bumps when crossing the road. There isn't much car parking although there is a big car park around the corner, & a bus stop.
