Lovely venue with access and facilities available for disabled people

Overview
Visited to watch a play. Easy disabled access to the venue with a large ramp to the front, some disabled parking bays to the side and rear however they are limited. There is a public car park just across the street which would cater for more disabled vehicles. Hearing Loop available at the box office/reception, large disabled toilet just to the right of the reception with ample room to accommodate a large wheelchair. Ramped access to the theatre from the reception area. On entering the theatre there are plenty of very helpful staff who direct you to where your seat is located. Wheelchair users seem to be accommodated at the rear of the theatre as seats need to be removed to allow space for them, the theatre is a small venue and there is a great view from wherever you are seated so this is not an issue. You would need to phone ahead when booking tickets to inform them of the need for disabled seating so that this can be accommodated.
Transport & Parking

Good sized ramped access, clearly signposted from the front of the venue.

Anything else you wish to tell us?
Overall a great experience, the theatre was very warm during the performance though. When busy, the entrance foyer is quite difficult to move through. There is a drinks/snacks bar within the entrance/reception area.
