Best collection of street food in Edinburgh!

Overview
The Pitt is a street-food market which usually happens on the last Saturday of the month and more often in summer. The vendors change each time, there is live music and it's free entry. The market is set up in a disused space surrounded by warehouses. The food is amazing! Given the small space and pop-up nature of this market, access isn't the best unfortunately. But, if you go at an earlier time (when it's much better anyway!) it's easier to get around.
Transport & Parking
There is a car park immediately outside and on-street parking surrounding the area. There are also frequent buses to and from the city centre at the end of the street. It's a very quiet part of town, so it's not incredible well signposted where is available to park - but there are lots of spaces.
Access
When busy, The Pitt is not very accessible. It's hard to move through crowds, especially where there are people gathered in groups. However, earlier in the day it's great. There is a wide open space and a good view of where live music is set up. Wheelchair access varies depending which vendors are there and what their vans are like. Most are high up, but condiments, menus and cutlery are typically set out on lowered tables in front of vans. Staff are incredibly helpful here and will go out of their way to make you happy! The ground is a little uneven, and if the weather turns bad there is little shelter.
Toilets
I didn't use the toilets when I visited because given the pop-up nature of this market they weren't the best! They are tucked in the corner at the very back and up a set of steps. I didn't see any designated accessible loos, so if they exist they are poorly sign posted.
Staff
There is such a community atmosphere when you visit The Pitt! Vendors will chat to you, organisers will help you, and the lovely folk at the entrance raffle always give a warm welcome.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
It's a great experience, mainly let down by the toilets where disabled access is concerned. If you're only going for a bite to eat and not to stay long (which given the Scottish weather is often the norm), then it's definitely worth the short bus ride from the city centre. I recommend the tattie scone wrap if it's there when you visit!
