Overview
Table was ready right beside window with views of Loch Tay. We sat inside but there are tables outside. The café looks like a boat shed from outside, inside it is very modern and has a relaxed atmosphere. Menu caters for variety of food allergies and requirements , very reasonably priced. Although this is a small Café, it is well worth the visit for the view. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help and have a good understanding of our needs. Which is what we need when supporting people living with dementia.
Transport & Parking
Parking is available outside there are not a lot of spaces, the road along to The Paper Boat Café is very narrow, be mindful of pedestrians and on coming vehicles.
Access
From the car park there is a ramp up to the entrance so accessible to push a wheelchair. Café is all on one level . The staff were helpful with moving chairs around for wheelchair.
Toilets
There is a disabled toilet right next to main toilets, signed posted well and enough room for a carer.
Staff
Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained that certain parts of our order would be served first and asked if that was ok. They were willing to assist with opening doors and moving chairs etc. making it a great experience for our guests.
