Good Venue but Terrible Toilets

Overview
The venue itself is good. Staff are friendly and it's easy to ask for items to be removed from meals depending on preferences and needs. However, the toilet is terrible for practical use.
Transport & Parking
This venue is just across the road from a bus stop with 3 busses stopping there. These 3 busses connect to three towns around Billingham, different paths around the town and the town centre making them useful for access from anywhere. There is a good sized car park and 4 disabled spaces outside the door
Access
There are no steps to go into the building and the layout both in the bar and family side to go in and through the building has a clear usable path
Toilets
The toilet is easy to find as it is at the back of the building alongside the other toilets. There was grab rails, however, there is no space for both a disabled individual and a carer to be in the area at once and limited ability to manoeuvre. There is also a major issue with the baby changing place inside the toilet as it appears to be broken, over the past 2 years whenever we have visited, the changing station is down and cannot be closed and kept there making the space even smaller with a whole section then unusable.
