Overview

An overall very competent handling of the needs of physically disabled wheelchair users. More ramps needed however, as understanding of 'level access' a little shaky and was made to mount a doorway which was far to high for my wheelchair. I know from experience this has the potential to break my chair, and does not help pain levels.

Transport & Parking

Parking was plentiful, but was chargeable at £35. Not really acceptable when public transport connections for passengers in wheelchairs is not great.

Access

We were shown right in and the route was level access all the way, except for the aforementioned door.

Toilets

Fantastic toilet facilities. Clean and roomy with multiple stalls. There was a stall for adult changing and a sink in each stall.

Staff

The staff were extremely helpful and we were supported throughout our time at the Arena

Anything else you wish to tell us?

The seating was fantastic. We were on an empty balcony and loose chairs were put next to wheelchair users so that we could sit with who we came with and not plonked on an aisle end. Toilets very easy to access from where we were sat. People in wheelchair did not need to queue, we were assigned tickets and came back later in the evening and were seated first so we didn't get caught in the crush. I felt very well looked after.

Hello, thank you for your review, we're glad you enjoyed your time here at The SSE Arena, Wembley. Re the parking. apologies that the fee was higher than normal event event days we have. It is generally alot lower, but when there are event days at Wembley Stadium (as there was on Sunday) - a flat fee is charged across the Wembley Park site.
