Overview
The entrance to the pub is flat, making access easy. The establishment was spacious with plenty of room. Staff were waiting to greet customers as they came into the building, this made for a warm welcoming. We were asked if there was anything the assistant could do to help, the staff were always on hand if we needed them. Huge menu and very accommodating if something wasn’t liked- we will certainly be back!!
Transport & Parking
There is multiple disabled parking spaces outside of the pub. All are straight outside the door and easy to spot when you enter the car park.
Access
The entrance to the pub is flat, making access easy. The door into the pub are not automatic, the doors are heavy and wooden with glass panels. This did prove a little problematic when trying to get both wheelchairs out through both sets of doors.
Toilets
Large accessible toilets for wheelchair users.
Staff
The staff at Springwell pub were very friendly. Staff were waiting to greet us at the door and ask us where we would like to sit. The staff helped us to our seats and made it clear that they were there if we needed any more assistance. The staff were always kind and polite throughout the whole of our experience.
