Overview
Generally excellent, if you can surmount the 3-inch step to get into the pub. This step will be a difficult obstacle for many wheelchair users.
Transport & Parking
Kilburn Underground Station is yards away and has step-free access and manual boarding ramps. It's on the Jubilee Line, which has several step-free stations peppered across London. Many buses go up and down Kilburn High Road. I wouldn't try parking anywhere nearby.
Access
If you can manage the 3-inch step into the pub, everything else is really easy. Take the door furthest from the main road, this door is the least unsuitable for wheelchair users. It's easy to get around the bar once you're in, though you may have to ask customers to move chairs/stools a few inches when it's busy. Although this pub does take disabled access very seriously, the 3-inch step at the side entrance is a serious let-down. Many wheelchair users will find it very difficult to get into and out of the pub. In my powerchair I found this step extremely difficult and unpleasant.
Toilets
I'm thrilled to bits to be able to give five stars to an accessible toilet: it was PERFECT. If you don't carry a Radar Key, don't worry, the bar staff have one and will let you in.
Staff
Adorable, friendly, helpful - perfect in every respect.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
If the management could make the pub genuinely step-free for wheelchair users, I would convert this instantaneously to a five-star review in every single category: it's a great place to visit apart from that step at the entrance. This is the first pub my Dad ever went into, he used to drink here illicitly when he was still under-age, around 1932. The food is excellent: strongly recommended.
