Overview
A light, airy, casual room with friendly, helpful staff. Wide ramp up to door (not auto-opening but you can be seen from inside) and an accessible disabled toilet. Suitable parking outside on road for Blue-badge holders and there is a car park at the back of the property. Just outside the city centre c.1/4 mile. Only eaten here once and was nice. Usually pop in for a coffee when meeting friends.
Transport & Parking
Parked on road right outside and displayed Blue-badge. It is on a bus route.
Access
A wide ramp runs up to the door. The door is not auto-open but you can be easily seen from inside if you need assistance.
Toilets
Easily accessible and reasonably large.
Staff
I've always found them helpful although they didn't have any soya milk one time and, even though there were 2 staff and it wasn't busy, no-one popped to the Tesco across the road to buy some! Milk alternatives can be bought in bulk and stored without refrigeration so I was a bit disappointed.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I love the light, airy feel to the place. It's decor is a shabby-chic look but clean and tidy. There is a website - just google mulberry Norwich.
