Overview
6 of us (3 generations) + 1 dog stayed at the Moat House for 3 nights. This included my father whose mobility is restricted and he uses a 3-wheeled walker to get around. The hard floors of the house suited his 'wheelie' well, he was glad of the rise-and-recline chairs in the lounge and adapted bathroom facilities and was able to explore the garden. The automatic sensor lights in the hallways were a blessing for night-time trips. Many thoughtful extras in this well-equipped and attractive house.
Transport & Parking
Parking immediately outside the house and easy to stop/drop off away from or close to the kerb, depending on needs of passengers.
Access
Internal lift, ramps at front and rear doors
Toilets
2 accessible toilets - 1 in each shower/bathroom, with arm rests/grab rails
Staff
No one at the property when we arrived but everything was self-explanatory and communication beforehand by email was excellent.
