Overview
A very happy visit: easily wheelchair-accessible, lovely service, great food, an excellent accessible toilet. Strongly recommended.
Transport & Parking
Cutty Sark DLR station is nearby (300 metres) and fully step-free from street to train. Greenwich railway station is 450 metres away. Many bus routes serve Greenwich. I don't know about parking.
Access
There is a small stone lip at the main entrance to the bar, which shouldn't prove an obstacle to wheelchairs and powerchairs. Apart from that the entire bar area is step free and spacious.
Toilets
There is an excellent accessible toilet in the basement, reached by lift, to which staff will give access on request. I was delighted to find a sign in the accessible toilet saying that the red emergency cord should hang freely in case of emergency. This is so important, and it's cheering to find a venue which understands this. See my photo below.
Staff
All the staff were charming, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to interact with them.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
There is a beautiful conservatory dining area at the back (see my picture below), and the food is really excellent.
