Overview
I decided to give this place another chance since I had seen it advertised that there had been renovations and the addition of a disabled toilet. The seating wasn't ideal as there was already a booking for the only specified disabled accessible table (only one not up steps that isn't a high table but the toilet was great, especially since there was no accessible one for me prior
Transport & Parking
Decent sized car park and a bus stop just outside
Access
The staff put a ramp down to get in the building (I had rang ahead to make sure it would be there) and most of the place is flat but there are 2 steps to access most of the seating in the non-bar area which unfortunately was where I was seated so I had to be assisted up the steps to get to my table safely.
Toilets
There is now an actual disabled toilet available but no changing places toilet. There's space to manoeuver with a carer in with me too and was very clean.
Staff
Staff were kind and friendly, on the phone and in person, and didn't make me feel a burden despite having to assist with where I had been seated
