Transport & Parking
Access
Marlowe's shopping centre changing places toilet is on the ground floor so there aren't any steps to negotiate. There is an upper level with about 2 shops there.
Toilets
The toilets were shut for refurbishment earlier this year but when they re-opened they had been transformed into a changing places toilet. It has a hoist and an adult sized bench which I have never used as I do not need these. It has a washbasin for wheelchair users which is a bit too low for me when I am in my wheelchair but that is unimportant . The facility is always clean and tidy.
Staff
There is a cleaner that always seems to be onsite with a key in case you haven't got one.
