A cafe located between Knaresborough and Harrogate on the Forest Moor Road, is a family owned and operated business which has a wide variety of hot and cold drinks, light meals, sandwiches, salads The staff at Lime Tree Cafe gave our volunteers a great experience, they were polite, courteous and helpful throughout the visit. The food was great and accessibility was fantastic

Access

Good level access to get into the garden centre as the cafe is situated within. The entrance is flat with no steps which is ideal for a wheelchair user or somebody using sticks or with a rollator. The doorway into the cafe is opened manually but with no steps into it, the door is wide enough for wheelchair access.

Toilets

Toilets easily accessible, clean and well maintained

Staff

Staff were excellent, giving lots of choice, offering support and listening and responding to questions asked. the service was quick, good eye contact throughout and a sincere goodbye on leaving.
