Overview
My husband and I had a visit to The Lakes Distillery and Bistro last week and their service for disabled access was second to none. We had a staff member immediately take us to the tour, the facilities were really good and there was a lift to the relevant floors in the distillery. When the place was revamped, someone had put a lot of thought in to how it could work for disabled people and also nothing was too much trouble for the staff. So nice to see when this happens
