Great pub but not very accessible

Overview
Had a fabulous visit, the food is truly amazing but it’s not a place you can get a mobility scooter in and even a wheelchair would be tricky. To be fair it’s an incredibly old building full of quirky steps and beams so you do need to be able to walk 20 metres.
Transport & Parking
Parking is good and fairly spacious . Surface is tarmac.
Access
It’s really not good if you require a scooter or wheelchair. It’s about 6 metres from the car park to the back door where you enter. This is where the toilets are also. Then there is a step to the dining room and another step to the bar. However, this property dates back to Shakespearean times so I think it has to be forgiven it’s lack of accessibility.
Toilets
I used the ordinary toilet so can’t comment.
Staff
Amazing! Very helpful and knowledgable about both the premises and the menu.

The food is the star here !! The menu isn’t huge but the quality , presentation and innovative use of ingredients shines through. If you’re a foodie this is a little hidden gem !
