Overview
Very demoralising as someone had to hold my crutches. I slowly walked upstairs while people dining on the ground floor watched me.
Transport & Parking
Bad access for disabled as it's a pedestrian precinct and has poor disabled parking.
Access
No lift to first floor where the function was. The excuse was that it's an old building.
Toilets
Staff
No empathy.
