An amazing hidden space

4.5

This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Powerchair

Overview

Disabled access into and around the building has been well thought out and the helpful staff will show you where the lifts and other features are.

Transport & Parking

4.5

Parking is not brilliant being at the top end of the Royal Mile ( a fairly steep hill).

Access

4.5

The Hub have obviously worked hard to make what is an old building as accessible as they can. The enthusiastic and helpful staff made visiting and seeing the building an enjoyable experience.

Toilets

4

There is an accessible toilet with all the features you would expect to find.

Staff

5

Staff get a ten out of ten. From the guy that helped with the door when I arrived through to the people that helped me with the lifts to get to the main function room. They took time to talk about the building, the accessibility and the functions that take place.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

The Hub is one of those places where you can be quietly surprised by the ease at which you can get around, the friendly staff, and the opportunity to spend a quite moment or two enjoying tea in the Hub's cafe. Worth a visit if you're in that part of town. The main function room is stunning in its size, design and first impression!
