Overview
From the moment we arrived Jan and John made us feel welcome. They went out of their way to accommodate my Mum (She has MS and is mostly chair/Zimmer dependent). The property is specifically designed to meet a disabled person's needs and anything extra that did come up Jan went above and beyond to ensure my Mum needs were met, nothing was too much trouble. The property guest book goes into great detail, highlighting the local amenities and their wheelchair access etc. Jill and John are passionate about sustainability and environmental issues which is an added bonus. It's clear to see the owners put their heart and soul into their accommodation and really care about providing the best experience for all their guests needs. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice, relaxing getaway in beautiful surroundings, but, specifically to those with disability access needs.

Access
The signage and access, in and around the property, was clear and easy to read. I was very impressed with the facilities for blind people too (there is braille embedded throughout the property). There is no lift access, but it is not needed as everything my Mum needed was provided on the ground floor.
Toilets
The downstairs facilities were excellent. There is a ground floor bedroom with fully equipped disabled access. A shower with chair. Rails throughout, a bath, low sinks and mirrors. There is ample space to move around.
Staff
You could not meet a friendlier, more accommodating, couple! Their Springer Spaniel Ollie was just as friendly!
Anything else you wish to tell us?
There was a dedicated covid precaution section within the guest book that detailed everything needed to reduce the risk and what to do if there was an outbreak.
