We are excited to be involved in Disabled Access Day, and will be offering the following activities on the day:

• Guided Tours of the collection - including a "touch and feel" experience for visually impaired people.
• For those who are hearing impaired or visually impaired, we can arrange a member of our staff to accompany visitors on a Guided Tour. Please note that this will need to be booked in advance of Disabled Access Day.
• We will have Open Cockpit running all day in the Agusta 109 (not our typical open-cockpit helicopter) allowing visitors rare access to this Italian aircraft.
• We will also keep our real authentic police helicopter helmets inside this helicopter and volunteers will be on hand to assist and supervise the wearing of them.
• We also have several wind tunnel models which can be handled and felt, volunteers will be onsite to explain how they played a role in the manufacture of helicopters.
• We also have a new and exciting 'Helicopters in Perspective' Quiz too.
