Overview
It's been a long time coming at the hawthorns, but I'm so pleased to say the accessibility now is topnotch. As you enter there's refreshments, then through the wheelchair accessible entrance, there's 4 clean toilets, great stewards always with a smile, and a warm greeting.
Transport & Parking
The disabled parking is near to the ground, it's a bit of a jaunt back at the end of the games, but 9 times out of 10 you can safely get through. I'd advise you take a loud bell or in the winter months a torch, that way you're seen if you are in a wheelchair /scooter /or power chair.
Access
The disabled access is ramped, very accessible for every type of wheelchair
Toilets
The toilets are accessible, but at times especially after the game, rather wet floors
Staff
Very friendly, accommodating, and happy to help.
