Overview
The Venue has a few disabled parking spots located at the front across from the entrance. The inside is accessible and help is available if needed and best of all the food is great and so are the prices.
Transport & Parking
They have a few disabled parking places. The venue is accessible with staff to assist if needed. I drove there
Access
The entrance is accessible. I don’t know about sign language availability. There are three levels to eat. The main entrance takes into the centre section which is great for a wheelchair user like myself . There is bar access for ordering. The lower car park entrance is also accessible but you would need to have an able bodied person to go up the stairs to the bar to order. The menu is reasonably sized print. There isn’t an induction loop which can be a problem if it’s very busy I do have hearing aids myself I would usually just point out what I want to order on the menu and the staff take it from there or my friends order on my behalf.
Toilets
There is an accessible toilet which is easy to find. The is just enough space to manoeuvre and for a carer but there is no changing place.
Staff
The staff are more than happy to assist you in any way they can.
