Overview
The stage and main audience area, bar and toilets are on the first floor. There is no lift. There is one flight of stairs from the entrance to the first floor and another flight to the balcony where there is seating for about 30 people. I contacted the manager by email before the gig and told him I needed to sit down. He passed my details to the duty manager and security staff and gave me the phone number of the duty manager. My husband drove me to the door of the venue, the duty manager was waiting inside and let me in 20 minutes before official doors open time and radioed for the security officer to assist me upstairs and get me a seat. The downside was having to go down a flight of stairs and back up again when I needed the toilet but luckily I only had to go once. I knew I would not be able to manage going to the bar and back to my seat so made sure my husband was at the gig with me. This venue is not suitable for anyone who is confined to a wheelchair.
Transport & Parking
My husband had to park at Penylan Library, about 750m away.
Access

Toilets
Inside main toilets. Poor access to these. No room to manouevre.
Staff
Mike, Tuan and Manix were all great.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I would only visit for a favourite band or artist. Due to the age and peculiar design of the building, no further modifications can be made.
