Overview
We could not enter via the Spa entrance due to large box stair this was the first of many disappointments

no accessible bays at front entrance to hotel 3 bays at entrance to spa
Access
We could not enter via the Spa entrance due to large box stair this was the first of many disappointments there was no changing facilities at all spa facilities were offered as fully accessible but could only access treatment room
Toilets
there were no accessible toilets or changing area's within the spa
Staff
when we entered we could not find any staff at all and when they arrived all they would say was we used to have one but it is broken
